Born and raised in London, England with both creole parents from the Seychelles Rachel missed the food so much within her first two years here in Canada that she reached out for recipes and managed to compile a collection given to her by Seychellois all over the globe including treasures from her family.


Rachel has narrated a downloadable eCookbook inspired by the move away from her family to share with other people who have Creole backgrounds around the world just like her.
